We are seeking an Experienced AI Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about artificial intelligence and possess a strong background in developing cutting-edge AI solutions.
Essential Job Functions
· Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based applications for real-world use cases.
· Utilize LangChain to build AI-powered applications and workflows.
· Research and apply the latest advancements in NLP, Deep Learning, and AI frameworks.
· Design and develop AI pipelines, integrating models with backend systems and APIs.
· Work with structured and unstructured datasets to train and improve AI models.
· Deploy AI models using MLOps best practices on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products.
· Ensure model performance, scalability, and security best practices.
· Stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends and innovations.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in AI, ML, NLP, and Deep Learning development.
· Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, etc.) and LangChain.
· Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
· Experience in deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
· Familiarity with vector databases and knowledge retrieval techniques.
· Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
· Experience with APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in Multimodal AI models and AI-driven automation.
· Knowledge of Graph Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning, or Self-Supervised Learning.
· Familiarity with AI ethics, responsible AI, and bias mitigation strategies.
