We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead and accelerate the requirement gathering and definition process for upcoming product initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering, and design teams to translate strategic goals into clear, actionable requirements and ensure seamless delivery within agile frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and accelerate the requirement gathering and definition phase for upcoming scope items.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and clarity of requirements.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog; ensure stories are well-defined, scoped, and ready for sprint planning.
• Act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, providing clarity and direction.
• Participate actively in sprint ceremonies — backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive progress tracking, report on requirement readiness, and identify blockers impacting delivery speed.
• Work with leadership to align product strategy with execution timelines and dependencies.
Qualifications
• 6–10 years of experience in product management or product ownership roles, preferably in product development organizations.
• Strong technical understanding — ability to work effectively with engineering teams and grasp architectural trade-offs.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, backlog management, and sprint delivery within agile environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams is a plus.
Preferred Background
• Experience in software product development (SaaS, enterprise platforms, or digital solutions).
• Prior hands-on experience as a developer, business analyst, or technical project manager is a strong advantage.
• Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar agile delivery platforms
