The new system included the entire lifecycle of employees, including onboarding and offboarding, managing leaves and attendance, intelligent routing of service requests, and a chat-based HR chat robot accessible via Microsoft Teams. The manual workflows were replaced by the AI automation, preserving the enterprise-grade audit trails and data security with intelligent and real-time interactions.
