As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant/Manager plays a critical role in supporting sales teams by shaping solutions, creating proposals, and articulating business and technical value to prospective clients. This role bridges sales, delivery, and technology teams to ensure winning, scalable, and commercially viable solutions


Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements, business challenges, and success

criteria

• Design solution architectures covering Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, Data, and

Application Engineering

• Lead solution discovery workshops, requirement analysis, and technical discussions with

clients

• Create high-quality proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimations

• Define solution scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and pricing models

• Develop value propositions, solution narratives, and ROI-driven business cases

• Support client presentations, demos, and technical clarifications during sales cycles

• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth handover post-closure

• Maintain reusable solution assets, case studies, and proposal templates


Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Technical Consulting

• Strong understanding of IT services including:

-Digital Product Engineering

-Cloud & Platform Modernization

-AI, Data & Analytics

-Intelligent Automation & System Integration

• Experience responding to enterprise RFPs and managing bid processes

• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

• Strong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills

• Working knowledge of pricing models (T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Good to Have

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, or Healthcare

• Exposure to AI platforms, GenAI use cases, and data-driven solutions

• Prior experience working with global clients (US, Europe, Middle East)

• Consulting or product engineering backgroun
